How to report the complaint on the Customer?

The Seller has an opportunity to report complaint on the Customer and warn other Sellers about the possible cases of fraud.

You can look through the complains on the Customers by clicking on the button “Complaints”.





Click on the button “Complain” to report complaint on the Customer.



Choose the type of complaint from the list and click on the button “Add”.





Your complaints are not anonymous and that is why please be so kind to report the complaint with full responsibility.
