The Aryan solar cross is one of the oldest symbols, a sign of the Sun and fire. It exists in the form of an equilateral cross, often inscribed in a circle, in the center of which is included a swastika of protective or attacking action. It symbolizes the rotation of the Sun and the movement of cosmic energy in space. Together with the ‘thunder wheel’ or as it is also called the ‘wheel of Perun’ or the ‘flower of life’, the Aryan equilateral cross gained cult significance among the mountaineers and became a tribal amulet for the entire Carpathian area.
It is known from scientific sources that the swastika in the culture of the ancient Indo-Europeans symbolized: light, goodness, purity, bounty, infinity, continuity, universe, and the term ′sauwastika′ - comes from Sanskrit roots: Su ′good, good′ Asti ′life, existence ′, Which means′ welfare ′or′ well-being ′. There is also the Old Slavic meaning of the swastika: ′sva′ - the sky, ′z′ - the preposition, ′tika′ - ′poke′ - movement, ie literally - ‘movement from the sky’ or ′heavenly movement′.
