The main secret of the symbol of the trident is precisely the sacred number 3. Trinity, or trinity accompanies mankind since the birth of the first civilizations. These are always three equal forces, derived from the Absolute which is inherent in every culture.

It is quite probable that the trident could be a runic symbol, which represents a tree with three branches pointing to the mountain and symbolized a positive meaning, and in contrast, there was an inverted symbol, which carried a negative meaning.
