How to create Collection?

Collection is a selection of products on different themes, colors, styles and so on.

To create the collection you need to enter the tab page “Collections” on the mainpage of your profile-shop and push the button “Create the collection”.



You can see the page where you can fill your collection.



Fill the fields : “Title”, “Color”, “Theme”.
If there is no required color or theme then you shouldn’t fill these fields.



You also have an opportunity to offer the new theme for the collection.





Load the products chosen for the collection.

There are few ways to add the product to the collection:

Way 1. Open the page of the chosen product and copy its ID or its link.





Paste ID or link to the appropriate field.



Click on the button “Add Product”.



Way 2. Open the page of the chosen product and press the button “Add to the collections”.



Choose the collection from the offered list where you want to add the product.



Way 3. You can add the product to the collection from the catalogue of products, pointing the mouse cursor to the product’s price and pressing the button “Add to the collections” choose the necessary collection from the list.





Way 4. You can add the product to the collection from the page of the shop pointing the mouse cursor to the product’s price and pressing the button “Add to the collections” and choose the necessary collection from the list.





The photo will be displayed on the page. Repeat these actions for 11 times with different products. All 12 products that will be in the collection should be from different craftsmen.



If even one product from the published collection was deleted or removed from the publication- collection will also be removed from publication as damaged and author will be informed about it. The product that was removed can be replaced by another one and published in the collection again.

You can also add the spare products which in case of removal of your main products from the collection will automatically replace them.



When the products are added to the cells, you can move them by dragging, pointing the mouse cursor to product and clicking the left mouse button.

While editing the collection the changes are saved automatically.

You should press the button “Publish” and the collection will appear in the section Catalogue.



You should enter Catalogue -Collections in order to value your product.

The collection created by you is available for the users to watch, comment and add to “Favorites”.

If you want to delete the collection, you should press the button “Delete the collection”.
