Trypillian culture is one of the more ancient on Earth - it developed 7500 years ago and existed long before the civilizations of ancient Sumerian, Egypt and China. Trypillia is a developed culture of farmers who kept a close connection with the earth, carefully followed the nature cycles, managed to create the first lunar calendar and gave the names to many of the famous constellations.
Just some factors don’t allow Trypillian culture being recognized by the official science as the first of the great civilizations. So, for example, the ornamental system, known for the remains of Trypillian ceramics, was the language of symbols - but did not have time to turn into writing. In the decorative Trypillia art, you can see the inscriptions of the strongest sacred signs known as Swarga (solar symbol), cross, yin and yang.
The graphic language of ancient Trypillia is not just semantic symbols and decorative forms. It has a special essence, energy that can be especially effective in Ukraine, feeding from the origins of ancient magic of the land it was born on. That is why the craftsmen who are engaged into the decorative and applied art should study Trypillian symbols more carefully. Here are some of the most popular symbols.
