How to close my shop?

If you do not want to receive the notifications, it is not obligatory to delete the account. There is an opportunity to unsubscribe from the newsletters. It can be done in the section “Settings” by deselecting in front of “Fair’s news and information from the partners”.


If, for some reason, you are not doing handicrafts anymore and do not wish to publish your products in the catalogue, it will be enough to delete your products and turn off the receipt of the notifications by email. So your shop will not be displayed in the list of masters and nobody will disturb you. At the same time you will be able to make purchases, take part in the life of the site and when necessary restore your shop easily.

If you are sure that you want to delete your account, contact the administration of the site.
